Introduction

On February 1, 1960, four young black men walked in and sat down at a "whites only" Woolworth's lunch counter in Greensboro, NC.
They tried to be served. They returned day after day, yet no one would serve them. Finally, Woolworth's gave in.
People would like to think that this kind of treatment is over, but for some reason, can't help feeling it's not.
It's just hard to prove.

We set out to find the truth.
